ANYWAY. This is the finished piece for WHICH IS OF THE SEXY BEAST DUBBED CURLY
So yeah, lol I completely fucked with him XD I turned his curls into a mohawk lol. And I completely SUCK B*LLS when it comes to animal ears D:
So yeah, I did my VERY FIRST shaded pen piece with a ball point pen I found laying around and a sharpie (used to darken the eye and tar like substance running from his mouth).
I suggest that you REALLY look at all the detail in his mouth. I did his tongue and his teeth in both rows and OMG I am actually totally happy with this piece considering it's my very first fully shaded human-esque thing EVER
I have permission from to put in groups and whatnot so okay lol

Well keep it up! Lol, Steve Gammell is insane and out of all his work I just loved the creepy stuff the most. My Favorite artist of all time is still Alex Pardee, check him out. lol. Great inspiration. Alex has inspired me to start to paint with acrylics and inks. Sooner or later I will post my very first and i am sure it will suck. Till then keep up the good stuff. And I promise I will not enrage Steve the unicorn. My Maxx (zombie skelanimal) disaproves of stolen art too. XD

Wow I looked up Alex Pardee and shit. That's my cup of soup. Ice cream soup due to excellence (sorry I don't always make the most sense XD ) but wow! His stuff is fantastic! Everything always sucks the first time. I mean, this was my first shaded pen anything and I like to think that my current things (not on DA due to lack of computer that works) are quite an improvement XD but you never know it could be your god given talent to paint with ink and acrylics

I know the feeling! I have to take pictures of my work with my phone now because my camera is not working and hasn't been for some time, and my scanner got lost in my last move! Such a pain in my arsinal XD but luckily sometimes I can use my friends scanners (when they love me XD)

Lol, I wish they had giant scanners. It would be awesome. It's difficult when they only take 8.5 X 11 inches. Damn clear coat always puts a glare on the pictures. Ugh. Lol.

Me too. I have to many huge drawings that won't get scanned due to size. God I hate it when that happens! It does that with most of my drawings anyway because I do them in pen. Like normal ball point pen with the reflective ink XD

I miss PS so bad XD my computer has been out of commission since January. And now I have class three days a week and tons of homework since I'm in college now XD and of course my art has been punished since
I've had to take a break. And honestly I'm super lazy when it comes to PS (like the above image I did is actually a lot smaller but I didn't want to resize it because it was to much work and I had forgotten by the time I had closed the program XD ) but sometimes it all works out anyway

Ya, serial... It's all stressful. But sooner or later I'm just gunna dump it all on here and hopefully it will all work for the best. I want to get it all on here, i'm already getting inspiration for my next painting. Just because I bought some new acrylic paint. It's by "Basic" and it's the best acrylic paint I have ever used. Brilliant colorz. I can't wait.

I love colors too. Michaels Crafts has Canvas Boards, 5 packs for like $8.99. Great deal to practice on. I lightly draw in pencil then go over in paint. Great stuff. You will see. I swear i will post it soon! XD

Well like, I have my horse art. It's all innocent and normalish for the most part. Then I have this side of me where I draw people and this sort of thing. The two parts are so greatly different sometimes it's hard for people to get it lol. Like my room for example. My closet is FILLED with horses. I have some horse paintings with some show ribbons and a shelf in my bedroom for some of my special models and such but then the rest of my walls is death metal bands and skeletal things and zombie stuff and lots of black. Butterflies and flowers mixed with death and hot dudes. It's kind of strange XD

Uhh.. A bunch.. Make a Wish (BF 09), Party Girl (JAH setp./oct. 08), Saddlbred Trio (JCP special), Paul Ravere Horse set (LONG story).... Those are my most valuable... I've got a few others that are worth around $60 bucks... Not much else though.

I've recently started to customize and I started with this crappy little awesome grulla overo stablemates stockhorse and I made it a chestnut (kind of a medium dull chestnut kinda like this [link] with sabino/overo marks) I still have to finish it, but serious fun
