I choose to eat veggies and fruits for my life now.
I ate the meat before, I know it, meat make me sick.
but most of the people don't know the vegan's diet, now I know, I wouldn't eat the meat again.

avocado, nut, beans.....many many plant base fat are very good for us,
I have many choose, I need healthy body (i do exercise and take a bath in the morning sun 30 minutes or more (vitamin D) too)
