Spike looks rather angry here. Something must've riled him up a lot for him to lose his normal gentler and more intelligent composure. That said, I really like his fins and spines/mane and scale beard thing.

As for Twily, that derpy face makes me giggle. That said, it's shaded and shaped nicely. Aside from a strangely square right shoulder, her body is also shaped well, with the more or less excusable focus on buxomness. Poor girl's top seems to be falling apart. And that lower part of the suit is indeed highly form-fitting. But oh well. As long as she won't get injured due to insufficient protection. I care for Twi too much to let that happen.

Great work with the hair on her. I really like her mane, heh. And great shading on the clothes and the body. You used the shading for giving her shape very well, better than you did for Spike. Also, is that staff equipped with the other elements? Looks like it. And bonus points for the wings, they look rather good like this.

Spike does not look as intelligent as he normally does. You ask me, they should be partners, not a mage and her dragon steed.
