You might be interested to know that we are currently crafting a new version of the Dread Elves army, which will receive its new Legendary Army Book (to get an idea of what we mean by Legendary Army Book, have a look at the two books already released : Warriors of the Dark Gods and Daemon Legions). For this, as well as for our other books, we are gathering a dedicated team of volunteer artists (among the very talented people who've gifted their work to our project, we can mention Thomas Karlsson, who also works for Blizzard).

See the guidelines that have been adopted (after discussion with the community) for this task, which will be accomplished by a dedicated taskforce, in discussion with the community (link : www.the-ninth-age.com/communit… ). That should give you an idea of the vision the project has for this army.

Also, you should be interested to know that the Dread Elves in the Ninth Age setting are a very original faction, whose culture is based on a curious mix of Sparta, Republican Rome and U.S. Confederates States, i.e. a free republic of warrior-citizens and elvish supremacist slave-holding landowners, fiercely fighting for their liberty against the tyranny of the Highborn Elves, as well as for ever more slaves and loot.
