I've been drawing this character named Hugo so so much but don't have anything finished to post :/
Are you wondering what this strange creature is?
Well, he is one of my main characters and kind of my mascot, Hugo! He is an ancient forest spirit so be careful!

I love the one which is showing fighting another one of his kind. This piece would have so much story lore in it which we can imagine of.

... that the other one is a trespassing male who wants to take over Hugo's territory.
... they happen to fight over a female (if Hugo is even able to procreate, which is likely not the case, but I don't know how much you have already made up his lore at all).
... the trespassing male could have tried to hurt Hugo's human friend and he is just protecting her/him (is his human friend a woman or man btw?).
Also, my Wendigo Oc Annika is an Alpha of her species, she is 5 Meters high when on all four and 10 meters when standing on the back legs. (Ref here: www.deviantart.com/fusion-drag… ). How do you think would he reacted to such a large female coming to his territory?

Haha I finished that piece some days ago, but didn't have any time to upload it 
Actually I have many things I already noted down and I have tons of information in my head that I want to draw or write down about him.
The mouflon headed stranger is actually his "foster son", Knüt, who lives nearby his territory. (he belongs to my friend) Most of the time they live next to each other in peace but Knüt is much younger and more extrovert (if I can say this) He is interested in humans and want to see more of the world and sometimes this gets them in trouble. So Hugo sometimes has to kick his ass, but as time passed Knüt became bigger and stronger and now he is a fine opponent.
This whole procreation thing was a big question mark for me for a long time but I decided to give them a wendigo-like backstory (even they are not wendigos). So they are created by the forces of the forest to protect that particuliar territory. They can be a male or a female in soul but they will loose their identity as time passes because they just don't need it. If you want to know a bit more, here's his ref -> www.deviantart.com/walerinaa/a… I still want to add a lot of details, and want to do a more detailed species ref. Or a transformation process illustration, I think this will be the next project for me.
As they are generally neutrals, they aren't interested in anything or anyone that comes to their territory until they don't try to hurt him, his forest or his human friend (mostly a female, a witch/sorceress). They are built up by different parts of forest animals so they have great weapons by nature but tey are also able to use magic in some ways. (mostly not for fighting but to help the forest)
They are hard to kill as they are only a soul covered in dead animals, so they can build a new body any time when the old one is destroyed. So fight are rarely fatal. They can be killed with some types of magic.
I think he will just let it go if another supernatural creature crosses his territory or just ask them gently to leave. If it not works, I'm sure he can fight if the other one isn't symphatic.
