I have a lot of trouble conveying a sense of movement in my art, so critique on this would be greatly appreciated :)

Also I agree with the previous comment about the arm- it could be relaxed but also moving forward to give that sense of motion.

I always strive to portray movement in my work- perhaps you could try exaggerating the dynamics? Make her more at an angle, her upper half of her body lower and more flowing- she does appear a bit stiff.
Also something I've noticed about your art is that you tend to make wrists rather big? Just something to think about, I'm not sure if this is stylistic choice. I'd recommend studying the anatomy of the arm a bit~

The wrist thing is definitely a problem for me - it's not a stylistic choice, it's because I have teeny tiny hands and so my own wrists look big in comparison to my hands. And then I'm always using my own hands as a reference and so my weird hand-to-wrist proportions seem to carry over XD

This is such an exciting portrayal - there is such a sense of motion and movement. The textures of the picture are wonderful! Your shading is so good - like the way you shaded the coat. I like how you can detect the brush strokes to some extent.

I think the movement is right for the legs but I think her arm looks a bit too tense, I mean you should maybe relax it a bit to have more movement. (I don't know if makes sense, I don't even know if it's a good advice, but I hope it helped a bit ^^). Otherwise I love the lights on this picture, I really how you drew Katniss!Β Β

Just make the right arm bend a little more to contrast with Katniss' equally bent leg; it'll convey a better sense of her movement. Also make them sharper, while you're at it.
Otherwise, the picture's awesome. I especially love the mash of colors. C:Β
