Ah, my favorite dapper X-Scoundrel. I love what you did with his outfit here. I always thought the purple spandex under a brown duster looked goofy... not to mention his steel boots. Those would be hell to run in!

Yeah, looking up references for this... I just couldn't draw the purple spandex + weird neck guard thing seriously xD I wound up sort of amalgaming some of his outfits together, so I'm glad it looks good!
