I can't explain her multiple appearences without taking too long, but it's like there's another world and people who goes to that other world just disappears/dies because they don't have a second body to enter there. Having white hair+red eyes means the character have a second body for that world.
While her Red hair appearence is more like a concept than the actual canon of the story xD
