Read it) It's good thing, and more relistic and cruel than anime (but it's the same than anime till Arachnofobia. After that manga goes another way. Asura is still life, and his enemy is Kid, as shinigami - not Maka. And, I think, it's more realistic. Maka is strong girl and good meister, but Kid is shinigami. And, I think, only shinigami can win the battle with Kishin.

Yes, he's going to do it. Maka, Soul, Black Star and Tsubaki are going to stop Chrona (she turns against them once again because Medusa says her to do this).
