Are there any clothes that pretty much fit with this model?Β (I've had issues resizing clothes until my hands hurt, and I kind of just started with PMX so)

You probably need the 0.63 release. I can't use anything higher than that on my computer, either. Look up English PMD editor and you'll probably be able to use that version.
