Description Drums:
6x14 snare, 9x10 and 10x12 hanging toms, 14x14 and 16x16 floor toms, 22x28 bass drum
Cymbals (from left to right):
19" crash, 14" hi-hat, 10" splash, 17" crash, 18" crash, 22" ride, 18" china

I have no idea if this is even close to a real functional setup, I just went with whatever I could fit onto the rack.
Individual parts are set up in a hierarchy that allows me to move parts around, but I haven't set up bones yet.

You definitely have everything you need and truth be told the set up is actually to the style of the drummer. Beginner sets will have a Bass drum, 2 hanging toms, 2 floor toms, 1 Snare, 1 high hat, and 1 cymbal. One professional drummer I know likes to have 2 high hats and 2 cymbals along with the normal amount of toms and snare. That being said I don't think you can go wrong with this, if you wanted you could throw in some microphones if you feel up to making those, sometimes drummers like to have a mic in front of the bass as well as a mic if they also sing. You have a really decent set up here and it's really impressive that you made all these, it's all very accurate in my opinion.

Many thanks for your input and the kind words!
For most of the project, I've been trying to follow Jukka Nevalainen's setup (only with a single bass drum) as closely as I could, without overbuilding anything. Even so, I often got lost in details, like the hi-hat and snare stands. There's barely enough floor space to fit them around the pedals. Those I'll probably rebuild.
My biggest issue right now is positioning the cymbals to be reachable by the drummer without obstructing the drums or other cymbals. Once I figure that out, I'll probably add some more effect cymbals, some chimes, and electronics.

From what I understand the setup should be in such a way to cause the least amount of fatigue possible. As you can imagine a drummer moves a lot and usually will use both hands and feet while playing.

The pedals should be about the same distance away as the pedals of a car to the person's preference. The drums essentially are done the same way but in the idea of the steering wheel. The drummer should not have to lean forward very far with a proper setup. The drumsticks will also help a lot when it comes to playing. The skin of the drums need to be located where the drummer can hit with the tip of the stick. Cymbals are usually hit with the side of the stick but the drummer will adjust how much of the stick's surface hits the cymbal based on the sound and intensity they want.

The hand the drummer writes with will also play a role to how'd they'd sit while playing.

Now as far as this setup is considered, so long as you give each moveable piece it's own master bone users can move the drums around for their models.
