Altered Cover. The dainty diapered Babyman, formerly Superman, the man of steel needed to find a superhero to be their sidekick, otherwise he would never be able to turn back to normal. He was the laughing stock of the hero community. He had been refused countless times by every hero he had asked because he was too weak and powerless. He finally thought to ask Superboy, he believed the young hero had to say yes.

Superboy looked down at the sissified former hero and thought it might be time for him to drop boy from his name, because clearly he was now the man. He thought the new Superman and the Baby had a good ring to it. Babyman hated it, but thought in a defeated moment, if it allowed him to change back he'd agree.

The new Superman had a good laugh and scooped up the Baby. He didn't intend to actually let the weakling become his sidekick but he was going to enjoy the former hero's humiliation for little while before breaking it to him.
