The colouring and shading here is incredible!
His hair looks so authentic and so greatly highlighted, and the clothes fold and cast shadows due to those folds so realistically!
Could you provide any tips or advice to work towards such skill levels?

Also, I don't know better than to just keep on practising. I know it sounds lame but, you know, I don't actually have any real talent either. It's just because I do it all the time I can draw even the way I do now and probably better in the future ^^'. It's not really helpful though, sorry.
