This one was inspired by this fic [link] on LJ.The picture isn't exactly how it is described, but the action takes place during the Peninsular war. England asks Portugal to never ban the trades between both countries even if Portugal's situation isn't the best at that moment. Portugal ends up giving in despite of all the pressure around him (unf, sexy history is sexy 8D).
