Figuring out this guy's anatomy was probably the biggest hurdle for me, especially given that I took some creative liberties with Blizzard's Worgen model, such as adding the extra toe and finger (worgens only have 3 fingers and a thumb, as well as 3 toes and a dewclaw rather than 4)

Otherwise, once I got the anatomy down, everything else was smooth sailing. Cel-shading mixed with a little bit soft cel-shading here and there really makes this piece look painterly! Having it border on painterly is something I wanted to accomplish, given how long the client had to wait for this piece since I've had so much work to do during this cycle on top of life + Fanime + pushing the next cycle back. The client is VERY happy with it and gave me a wonderful message before I finished him up which makes me feel all warm and happy <3

It was also important to me to make him look as good as he could since the client had sorta dropped off the face of the world after a health emergency cropped up, of which I won't get into detail about of course. I'm hoping this piece will make him want to return to roleplaying again AND just lift his spirits in general :>
