So I don't get FLAMED right away, (as I have before) :
"comments and critiques are very much appreciated"

the ugly copyright ruins the picture.
it's too intrusive to even begin to evaluate the work itself.

I hate having to put this watermark too...
but I found several of her pics used without permission...
but I may consider using it at a lower opacity level...

and yes, your critique is very much appreciated!

hard to believe... but they painted the wall!!
ruined my background!! and I had plans to shot there again!!
but don't mind! there are plenty of other places for you to pose!

that's the worst part... they painted it with propaganda!
and it looks awful!

to reduce the noise you could have used ISO200 and a longer exposure time because the model is not in such an inconfortable position that she can't be still for a couple of seconds... and the background is not moving also....

besides the noise ...looks great

i'd need a steady to surface to support the camera... I had no tripod and I couldn't hold the camera steady! (not only because of the longer exposure times, but also because I hadn't sleep for a couple of days and I was feeling like a zombie)

besides that we were really on a hurry...
people were already walking on the streets...
but I guess we'll soon try something like this again. then a tripod will surely make my life easier.
thanx!!!

Did you take this picture at night? I love the yellowish tones of it. And don't worry about the grain, the pic looks really nice with it
I also like the location

oh! I took this around 6am. sun rises at 7h30 this time of year...
the yellow light comes from the sodium bulbs of the street lights... i've enhanced it a bit. but it was really just a bit.
i plan to shoot there again... love the graphs on the walls on this street.

I think the grainyness adds to it. There's no need to apologize.

I must admit I have a crush on grainy pics, but a ISO 1000 camera would make me really happy!

I like this image but the stuff underneath the females bottom is a little out of place. But to each his own.

she was wearing an overcoat... and that's what she's sitting on top... guess it would look better without it. I agree with you.

HEHE, never thought an innocent observational comment would possibly mean anything. Wandeclayt, keep in mind my comment was only one persons thoughts on the photo. So, please don't take anything I say or will possibly say about your art as harsh. Thank You.

well... I do take every comment into account. not meaning that I would actually change my art because of them... but knowing how other people interpret my view always adds a lot. these innocent impressions the DA viewers express are often more valuable then any other critiques I may listen to at the actual exhibitions.

and just as I mentioned, I agree with what you said about the pic...
