That's right. I decided to make a tutorial on how to make icons on MSPaint.
Why MSPaint? Because that's the program I use to make my oh so lovely icons... X3 And it's also the only paint program that I have.. ^^
And I know that not all of us have Photoshop or any other great paint programs. So yeah..

Does it have to be saved as a .PNG? What about .JPEG?

You CAN save it as a JPEG, but it makes the picture compressed and isn't as clear. PNG keeps the same clearness.

Yeah.. I didn't know that MSPaint could be use to make nice avatars, until I started makin avatars on it a few years ago, and after using it for so long, you kinda wanna "experiment" with it.. X3
