well for the shin guards I used fake leather (had the chance to find blue one in at the fabric store youhou) I used two layers of it for each shin guard to make it rigid and sew them together . then I sew some elastics at the back (I painted them blue )so I can slip them on my legs.
for the sandals I found some cheap one at the supermarket and I modified them using the same pleather and paint as for the shin-guard. that's all ! (hope it's clear ^^")

don't worry I'm always glad to help
so for the belt thingies yep it's made of wood and painted white and a mist of black at the bottom for the weathered look and the small red crosses are hand painted .
we drilled a small hole at the top of each so i could put a thread through and sew them on the belt .
