Yea seriously, I had this in my comp at 95% and never finished it!I blame playing Tales of Vesperia for that one. I just did nothing but play that game for the past weeks or so. Never got sick of it!
Back to the photo. I re-did the background from the previous one to make it look more like a shattered glass look.
Noel Vermillion, I haven't learned how to play her yet. For some reason, I really like her character design.
Oh yea her guns took forever to make, which is probably why it took so long, so long that I put it off for a very long time....
I'll be more prompt with making stuff after I finish my gaming spree.

Aww, cute! I like the shattered glass in the bg. Interesting outfit she's got there, I see why you like her character design.
Critique: Her upper arms look too short, and her thighs seem kinda skinny.
