It is Zepheris from Scrapped Princess! my favorite character in the series, besides Cz, both of them are awsome and sexy Maybe I'll do one of Cz later, but yea. I just recently finished the series, and out of inspiration, I decided to draw Zepheris! the picture flew right off my hand, it did not take me long to make this one.
