Yes I did draw this before I finished her app. I was having a bit of an art block and there's something that my friend Anne does sometimes when she draws that I wanted to try out. For this I heavily referenced a card from Bang Dream ... or that's what the initial intention was. After the very first rough sketch (to put this into perspective, I usually sketch around 6-7 times before I'm happy with it) I managed to get into the zone and completely ignored the reference.

So here's Mocha playing the Shamisen, maybe later I'll attempt to draw other traditional Japanese instruments as well xD
