ok, i got a quick question for you. im kinda new the the artist's world and i must know how you get the color so perfect, as in what type of program would you use to color that?
but other then that, WOW!!! GREAT WORK OF ART IF I MUST SAY!!! your green dragon was amazing as well!!! keep up the awsome work man!!!

Heya, thanks for the comments dude, I use photoshop for pretty much everything. I have an idea of the kind of colours I want before I start, then paint in different parts in different layers, i usually end up using a lot of low opacity brush settings so the colour can seep through and be muted by the layer below. Also fog layers, thats creating a layer on top, getting a large light grey very fuzzy low opacity brush (often with a low scatter) and easing in the fog on top of the image.
Pure white can then be used on top of that to bring out the lightest fog areas.
