CITORI* INVESTIGATIVE AGENT (aka; Bounty Hunter)
She has a partner / pilot / assistant named SAIKA.

* Free Space Citizen Colonies aka Citori Colonies
Regions of Space mostly colonized and run by Human class societies. Independent colonies and worlds not governed by the Space Pirates, or the encroaching dictators of the GALACTION UNION armies. or the Galactic Corporate Union or G.C.U. or UNION for short.

Ithia is investigating disappearances of several space craft and the destruction of several others. While also hunting down rogue Zeni space pirates who have been operating criminal activities within the Citori controlled space.

Small of stature and rather weak looking she is a capable Investigative Agent. She is classified as a Level 3 Military Grade Psychic Adept with a unknown array of abilities.

Her abilities and skills as a Citori special agent allow her to handle most low ranking Zenith Marauder rogues pirates.
As well as give her special access to much of the Citori Militia Space Armada's security and data banks.

Ithia and other psychic Adepts are feared an usually considered monsters or abnormalities among the humanist colonies. There are very few Adepts in Citori space, most are destroyed in early childhood by fanatic humanist groups and political groups that live in Free Space.

These groups and some CITORI scientists believe that Humans ever growing contact with the crystaline Arkonite that is abundant in Zeni Space is slowly mutating and changing humanities natural genetic order.
Belief in this stems mostly from the fact that most psychics abound and come from homeworlds or colony stations that resided near massive quantities of Arkonite ore deposits.

Ithia comes from such a world. A great deep core mining station that orbits a hostile sub volcanic ice planet named OTHISIS. Hence the orbital mining station's name OTHISIS STATION.
This world is a hotspot of conflict that lies on the fringe of heavy Zenith Space Pirate raiding lanes and the border of Citori Space. Many Zeni transients have settled on both the frozen world, and aboard the orbital mining station. They provide heavy labor aboard the station, and upon the sub arctic surface of the planet. Zeni physiology being able to adapt to the harsh freezing temperatures of Othisis.

In regards to Psychic Adepts.
There are 3 tiers of known Adepts.
LEVEL 1 through 4
LEVEL 1 being the weakest, with almost no noticeable abilities. To LEVEL 4 being the most powerful. Most LEVEL 4's are hunted and killed as mutations or freaks by religious orders. Being a LEVEL 3 Ithia is quite a strong opponent with a wide array of abilities, most that her supervisors are unaware of. One of her known abilities is that she can channel power and fields into weapons or armor. In both defensive and offensive capacities. Most Adepts can only be defensive or offensive, or have passive abilities. Ithia holds a high threat LEVEL of 3 because she possesses more than one single psychic trait.

Character note:
Ithia has spent much time hunting or investigating rogue Zenith Marauder space pirates. During that time she has developed stronger and stronger abilities, as well as new abilities that she did not have while under training at CITORI controlled Adept Academy.
One trait she has discovered in the last several years is that the more pure Arkonite ore or stronger Arkonite power energy she is around the more potent her abilities become.
However she also get very sick or ill if she doesnt "discharge" the gathered energy within a short time.
