2. Traditional "WarioWare" outfit - Headphones (yellow, resembling his helmet), Nintendo Switch T-shirt (red), green shorts, ankle socks (white, with 2-tone cuff), and chunky sneakers (red)

COLOR OF JET-POWERED SKATEBOARD: Blue
PRIMARY WEAPON: Phosphora Bow (gifted for him, along with the cloud whistle by his guardian angel, Phosphora the Lightning Flash)
PROS: 9-Volt can move faster with it, plus the lightning arrows he shoots behave like homing missiles.
CONS: Much like the Homing Missiles power-up in the Contra games, the Phosphora Bow's normal shots aren't powerful, and the charged shots don't do as much damage as Phoebe's Ball Cannon. Also, dark lightning (especially from Sniper Bomber's Anti-Contra Rifle's Lightning Gun mode) is very harmful to the bow itself - and Phosphora as well.

SECONDARY WEAPON: Twinbellows Cannon (gifted for him, along with the fruit whistle by his other guardian angel, Princess Cherry of the Fruits Kingdom)
PROS: The flame shots themselves, charged or otherwise, can explode on contact with enemies; super-effective against ice and steel
CONS: A bit large for 9-Volt to wield; useless underwater

Both of 9-Volt's Skyworld weapons were carefully enchanted with Chi Magic, in accordance to Pit and Phosphora's collaboration alongside Cherry, so that neither one will ever harm the innocent. Nor can dark forces touch them without getting zapped with electricity and/or blasted away by a bomb-like explosion, the latter of which doesn't destroy the magic gizmos. Additionally, both 9-Volt and his best friend Phoebe must take into account their signature Skyworld weapons' strengths and weaknesses, and work as a team like thunder and lightning, if they expect to come back alive and unharmed.
