Her name is Nissel. Ever since Joker, I've loved the concept of the glasgow smile scar. I have a version of her without it cause I'm not too happy with how the scar turned out. The rest I do love.

In a way, she is also kinda inspired by snow white. If only because this (without the scar) is kinda of how I always imagined her.
