About this: Yes, Luna finds Reeve EXTREMELY annoying, mainly because he's so serious ALL THE FREAKING TIME. She thinks he has no soul. That, and he's affiliated with the Rosette group, who bully the authority figures in Luna's town to show their "power".

I think he's pretty. 8D

As for Luna's "power", pretty much everyone in her world can use magic. Luna specializes in melting through things very, very quickly. However, that pretty little ball of radioactive light fizzles not too long after it's created. Maybe she'll get better?

Luna, her family, Reeve, Hikari, and everyone except Jas (the roomie) (c) me. Jas is (c) herself. Yeah.
