This was one of the -deep breath in- MOST pointless deaths in the series. Like the fuq? Tigerstar really needed to kill an apprentice that the authors made use get attached to just to prove his stupid point? BOIIII??!!Lol but anyways, this was a really sad death scene. I really felt sad for Morningflower because I think (?) Gorsepaw was her only kit.
And GORSEPAW THAT POOR BABE ;;;;---;;;;;

And she sat there in agony for hours until she died. Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on a Monday night at 12:00 a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you and watching you bleed to death. I feel like you really portrayed the emotions here well especially Morning Flowers. Just imagining the agony she went through watching her own kit being slaughtered right in front of her while she couldn't do anything to save him must have been horrible...and it's also the reason I despise Tigerstar so much.
Also I feel like you captured perfect emotions for Leopard Star and Tall Star as well, with Tall Star fearing for his Clan after seeing what Tiger Star just did to one of his clan mates and Leopard Star looking like she really does regret joining up with Tiger Star but feeling like if she doesn't listen to him he will kill her clan mates as well and that she's being torn between whats right and the safety of her Clan. It's one of those difficult decisions a leader must face which is why I don't hate Leopard Star for what she did, I feel like she was just looking out for her Clan's safety as a whole...

No, Gorsepaw was the only kit Morningflower had to survive kithood. His father is Cloudrunner and his brother, Quailkit and his sister, Storkkit died earlier. His father died presumably during the Clan exile thanks to Brokenstar.

I love him. He was the Robespierre of the story and he played his part very well.

But the thing is that he fought the monarchy/dictatorship just like Robespierre did. The point is he wasn't ever supposed to be good because then his point would've never been made. He changed the clans for the better regardless of his savage habits/ideology.
