And I particuarly like it because she looks like a true, rugged, strong-minded warrior, not like those bone-skinny, weak, and hyper-feminie like girls who are portrayed in the comics and movies (like Wonder Woman).

And of course, look at how they designed new Wonder Woman with Gal Gadot, it almost looks exactly like the costume from Xena. I just hope that they don't make her Amazonian friends all think and nimble too.

Very vicious and battle hardened interpretation of Hippolyta. Rarely do I actually see Amazons portrayed in such a primeval, violent way without the sexualization. I can sense that, in this depiction of her, that she's raging and merciless on the battlefield; heading straight for the jugular!

As an Equalist, I get sick of seeing the amazons sexualized; not saying that part of their way of lifestyle WASN'T seducing and raping men, but still. lol

The whole point of this gallery was to glorify various Greek heroes and show what I saw while reading pieces from Greek authors. In other words, the page is coming to life.
