"Hello? Is this thing working? Ok, I'm just going to assume it is. Anyway, hi [name hidden], how's life back on Earth doing? I'm great, I just arrived and I'm already part of a squad of three. Don't worry about me, I'll be just fine. Just remember to keep studying, get enough sleep, and make sure you keep yourself safe. Anyway, thanks for pushing me to do this, I know you wouldn't want me to do this if I would be in any life-threatening danger, but just remember that we won't see each other in a while. Alright, well I better get some sleep before I start my training in the morning. Remember that I'll always love you. I'll try to send another message as soon as I can… So by for now…"

Jesse lay back in his chair after sending his message. He let out a sigh as he rubbed the back of his neck, clearly tired after all he had done today. He had been inducted into the Freelancer Trainee program, met his teammates and Team Leaders, Agents Washington and Texas, and had to run across the compound to the dorm he shared with one of his teammates. He walked over to his bunk and looked out the large glass window to the night sky of Planet Reach and stared at the stars. He then crawled into bed to prepare himself for the hard troubles he would soon face tomorrow.
