I'm part Korean, so it always upsets me whenever I see the news from North Korea...but it can't be helped. I wish peace with dictatorships were more possible.

I understand what you're saying, but peace with a dictatorship is an illusion. Look at how the North Korean civilians are oppressed by their own government. Only strength and force keeps that oppression from spreading even further.
