Description
A dead seal I found at a beach in spring last year.I still wish I had taken his skull with me...

Das, was ich bisher bekam, war leider von Schiffsschrauben komplett zerschmettert.
Mich hätte da nichts in der Welt abgehalten..., das Wasserstoffperoxid hätte es schon desinfiziert!

Nach einigem überlegen hab ich mich auch verfluchen können, dass ich ihn liegengelassen habe.
Naja, ich hab noch nichts aufgegeben, wird sich schonmal eine Gelegenheit biete. ^^

Ich hoffe immer noch auf so eine Gelegenheit. Nur komme ich eigentlich nicht an die Nordsee. Aber das könnte sich in Zukunft ein wenig ändern.

Da wo der Seehund lag sind eigentlich fast immer Skelette von Vögeln und Fischen.

Well, actually it is about 600 kilometres away from where I live.. ^^'
Here, we have a lot of forest..
But at the spot where we found the seal there are almost always seagull skeletons in the junk, mostly incomplete as well..

Yeah, the forest is really nice, but I didn't find much by now, just an cold cat skull (which I love) and some unidentifiable bone fragments.

Ich glaub zu der Zeit grassierte dort eine staupe- oder grippeähnliche Krankheit unter den Seehunden. Gut dass du den Schädel nicht mitgenommen hast, obwohl es schon ein Prachtstück von Souvenier gewesen wäre. Das Foto hat was sehr archaisches an sich, wie ein verbrannter Dino kurz nachdem der Meteorit runtergeplumpst ist. Starke Aufnahme!
