A kit based on NCR representation in Fallout 2, not NW. When NCR troopers were more like rangers plus heavy infantry plus badass cops. Still, Combat Armor based on NW model.Made for a LARP game "Fallout New Vegas 2016"

It's a plastic casting. Just the way they do it for a miniatures, for example - we made the master-model and the form. Then casted it for all the guys.
