I wish there was part when Raiden broke Monsoon helmet (?) and then he became even stronger.. so, we could have one hell of a time fighting him xDY they no make Monsoon's dlc !?

When Sam's and Bladewolf's DLCs came out I was hoping they'd release a Monsoon one as well or even one for every Wind as they're my favorite Unit in the Metal Gear series, right after the legendary Cobras.
It would have been awesome to learn more about him and his past, how he became a member of Desperado and such. His soundtrack gave a few subtle hints about his personality, as did the two cutscenes in Sam's DLC but that's not nealy enough! Not to forget it would have been cool to play and fight with him, before and after the shoot-out in Phnom Penh perhaps (oh, the possibilities)
