I didn't bother reading over anyone's comment so pardon me if I am reiterating someone else's opinion. In terms of a composition, it is clever and original. For completiong however, i think you might like to desaturate, burn, and dodge certain elements to bring the moths into a more believable stance in the picture. Also moths would scatter, not necessarily all follow the leader (if that's the effect you wanted then pardon me for not seeing it). Try rotating and scaling them and see if that adds to the depth. One last comment I'll put up in the form of a question...do you like all that space between the girl and the moths (same with the upper right and lower left corners)? If not, how could you fill it or use it?

I agree with cropping it, but I don't think you should add anything. It could get too cluttered, and the emotion won't come across in the picture.
