“Roxas!” Axel ran to his friend’s side. When Roxas didn’t respond, he straightened up and turned to face Lexaeus angrily, summoning his chakrams in a whirlwind of flames, emerald eyes burning. Number Five never did anything like this, so Axel’s only conclusion was that this man had to be some sort of imposter. That meant he didn’t have to hold anything back.

“No one hurts my friend.”

Man, do I suck at backgrounds or what?

I based the background off a wall from a cutscene in the World that Never Was, but I just couldn't seem to get the color scheme right.

Anyway, this is from a scene of the Organization XIII RP that my friend and I are working on. Namine's escaped Vexen's lab and screwed with Lexaeus' memories in order for her to escape the castle. Roxas and Axel just happened to be the unfortunate ones they ran into. Roxas got slammed into a wall and Axel...got a little upset. Fun stuff.

I'm absolutely obsessed with the friendship between these two. Any cutscenes referring to it make me squeal like a complete fangirl. ;; (Axel seriously needs lots of hugs. Poor guy.)

Picture-wise, I think the only thing I'm proud of is how their hair came out. I like how I colored it. Everything else...kinda sucks. ('Specially those darned chakram! X( ) The angling was fun, though...
