Eva is the Synchro Dimension counterpart of Valerie. She is a confident and independent young girl who possesses a sense of self-awareness. She is a wild hair stylist with an enjoyment of dyeing others' hairs. She also has a love for Turbo Dueling as she believes that one can learn and come to understand strongly about others through speed.

Eva was born in the Tops, but was completely miserable because her parents never had time for her and were cruel. When she was ten, she got the courage to run away from home. She explored down into the slums, and saw how they struggled every day, and she never knew about it. When she got into some kind of trouble, she was saved by Crow, who since then, developed a crush on him. She could never tell him where she came from, he and his friends would have never understood and would kick her out.

A year later after Eva ran away, Crow helped her make her own Duel Runner. During one of her rides, she meet Yugo and Rin Turbo Dueling.

After Rin was kidnapped by Yuri and the Duel Academy's Obelisk students, Yugo and Eva sought to rescue her and eliminate these unwanted duelists. Before she departed for the Turbo Dueling Tournament, Eva reminds herself and to her brother Yugo that love and peace are the same principle and only those who truly believe it possesses it.
