Although I was not directly affected by the earthquake that happened on March 11, 2011 in NE Japan, everyone in Japan were affected in one way or another due to its aftermath. I saw the earthquake and tsunami coming on live on TV, and the state of emergency that continued for a few days after. Water bottles and portable kitchen goods ran out in my area as companies sent aids to NE, and people in Tokyo panicked as nuclear power plant failed. Distant relatives in Tokyo moved to my area temporarily as nuclear level in water was high for a few days there (Although Japanese health standard is higher than other areas so it might be considered safe in other nations).

Japan will never be the same after this chaos. However, as Kobe stood up after the Hanshin Earthquake of 1995 where the city crumbled to dust and thousands lost lives, we hope that people in Tohoku region will recover and never lose their hopes. Everyone in this world have gathered to support, and we appreciate your help.
