part of my touhou challenge :3
i was just testing stuff out~i only used the brush tool (and blur if it was absolutely needed)
of course pen tool for the BG through
im kinda more proud of the BG than the picture though haha
i realleh like teh BG :3suggested a while back that Chen should be the next touhou character that i drew and so i went with it~
