Also, you use the term "transexuals".. as in, people who are medically seeking out transitioning? And possibly don't even identify as the opposite sex to begin with. So... Those types of people especially wouldn't be "pretending" if anything. Sex assignment surgery isn't just for transgender people yaknow. No offense. That's why it's called transsexual and not transgender, a transgender person can be transexual but transexuals are all lumped together as people who medically transition for various reasons. Biologically, you can't change your sex- so many people do things to their body for aesthetic, kink purposes, or in the case of transgenderism, to match up with their preffered gender.

What are you? A snail? I mean, yeah. Trans women aren't women biologically but I wouldn't say they're "pretending". Some men do that for evil reasons sure but they're not actually trans. Everyone can point out those types of sec offenders a mile away, they make it VERY obvious. Trans people don't "pretend", they are coping with dsyphoria. Transitioning (and expressing their preffered gender) is helpful for them and does not affect you in any way. Don't listen to the bigoted crazies who are like "if you don't like my dick, you're a transphobe uwu". That's not how this works.
When I was dealing with dsyphoria, it has nothing to do with "pretending". You literally have a hard time believing you are in the right body. That and other things.
Saying it's pretend would be like saying someone with body dsyphoria or depression is "pretending". No one chooses to feel that way.

If you are having a hard time understanding what gender you are, check yourself and youβll know. Iβm fine if you act like a Women, but to be so far as to cause irreversible damage to your body is a problem and you need to speak to a psychiatrist or a doctor about that stuff. God gave you your specific body part for a reason, and people with this metrical disorder arenβt being properly treated. You donβt let someone cut there baby maker off, you need to get them psychiatric help. You must embrace the sex you were born with, not what you think you should be born with, thatβs not how life or biology works for humans.
Transsexuality is unnatural and just wrong knowing there are other ways to cure gender dysphoria.
