This is Luna being taken over by the darkness, and turning into Nightmare Moon :3 And the red moon is red because thats how I roll.

tee hee still existed for that season 4 episode with Luna I see.
but an brilliant artwork non the less sis. firstly I really like how the eye was drawn with the pupils drawn smaller than usual to show fear or pain and the veins in the back of the eye to show strain or pressure. Plus I really liked the combination of red and blue which at some places makes a nice tone of purple. Then the star night hair of Luna is another thumbs up for this artwork being very close to the original Luna hair style. well done
