What you should have done was ASK the artist themself if it was okay to utilize their artwork for this. It's respectful and legal if done so that way.

Besides from noting them or emailing them if their email is visible on their userpage, you will have to wait for a reply from the artist before you do anything to their artwork.

Plus when I posted links to the FAQ articles that explain why she can't post this kind of stuff without permission, she reported it as spam without even reading it. She sincerely does not give a crap.

Indeed. Best thing to do is also contact the original artists since they have even more power in contacting dA to delete the images.

Indeed. Sucks that some of the people she claims she got permission from had actually stolen the images she's using from other people. It's a chore to try to report stuff when the original artist has left DA and took all their stuff down, leaving thieves to reupload said stuff into their own galleries and claim it as their own.
I sent a note to #Doombringers about it, hopefully they'll be able to help with the anime-based pieces.

She's not listening, I just went ahead and reported those things I could find the source images of. She'll give all sorts of excuses, but she'll keep posting stuff she traced without even waiting for a response from the artist, and she won't take anything down that she hasn't gotten a response for. She doesn't really seem to care about the whole common courtesy thing.
