Oh my!
I like the composition with the car filling the picture plane at an interesting angle. The low stance you took with this adds a lot of drama to the piece. The just about straight line at the bottom of the car really adds a lot of interest and helps to draw the viewer in.
Your proportions and foreshortening look spot on. You did a really good job of capturing the lines and character of the Audi R8.
You have a gorgeous range of values here with some brilliant contrast. The juxtaposition of the deep and rich dark values next to the highlights really makes this car shine like a gem!
And it is so very smooth! Brilliant technique on display here in the use of value changes and transitions to show the planes and contours of the body. I am thoroughly convinced that i could wrap my fingers up into those wheel wells, or feel the edges of the door under a chamois cloth.
It's a very strong piece of work!
