if you allow me to ask, what do you think about accuracy drawing/ability to draw things accurately and how much it is important in your opinion?
The portrait you did really impressed me, it looked really good and i also crave to do such portraits,Β so i wondered how deep/good you are into accuracy and whats your opinion on it, i haven't done much of it and im not sure what level of importance one should give to it.
btw, im really envious of your progress

By accuracy do you mean likeness?? How much likeness you can achive?
Well likeness is just a matter of patience and training your eye to see. Accuracy in drawing however is very important in my opinion. Not to be able to draw what you see, but what you want... that is the goal. You need accuracy in every line you make. Achieving the likeness of a person in a poryrait... not that impressive in my opinion. I rarely do realistic portraits, but I developed my eye enough to know that I can achive a faily good level of likeness in a portrai, even though I rarely practice it, you just keep toching here and there and eventually you'll get there. To have control over it is a compeletly different story

just because it's a sketch bro... the nipples won't be there by the end, they will have clothes. I have no problem with drawing nipples in my own work... lol this is commissioned work though, and I have to stand by the clients direction.Β Also have no problem with it looking lame and weak in your eyes.
