EDIT:Fixed the end of her duster
This is going in Traditional because despite the fact that I've changed the colors and added a gradient in Photoshop, I spent a lot more time with the many, many little dots.
Background: 30-35 min
Dots: One lunchtime, on-off working for two periods, and two more hours besides.
I believe "Angel Wing" is Rinoa's second limit break.
