you know i have a strange personal feeling (that is curiously actually lampshaded in the series, in some way)... to me Akko isn't a anime character, to me Akko feels more like a golden-age western cartoon character, the likes of the old old black and white mickey mouse-donald duck-goofy short cartoons.. she's got this explosive expressivity, the energy and the how to say, the bouncing rubbery dynamicity and movement of those stuffs rather than of your usual anime
