Sora and Riku should be able to forge the X-blade with their own power as a big fuck you to Xehanort.

One of the theories I left out was kinda because it's a very common theory but I feel as tho meeting Elsa would be a very good thing for Riku. As much as he denies it he is afraid of the darkness; more specifically losing himself to it again and hurting those that he cares about. I feel if nothing else just meeting Elsa can give him an outside perspective on his situation and help him understand that if he embraced the darkness instead of concealing and not feeling then he'll realize he can use it to do good things. After all if love can thaw a frozen heart then maybe it can light a path through darkness.

I feel like Master Eraqus proved that light can be used to do bad things when he tried to kill Ven. Who's to say that in the right hands darkness can't be used to do good. (Also the fairy godmother on Aqua's story makes me think this could be a tangible thing.)

On a final side note the only way it will be ok with Riku's new keyblade is if it breaks during his fight with Aqua and his new one if born from darkness. Or give Riku both light and darkness, who the hell knows. I think he can pull it off
