this is the drawing that saved me from MANY woes.. i have a TERRIBLE, hair-trigger temper..and if not for my art, then my MARTIAL arts would have landed me in jail many moons ago! also my faith in God's grace...Whew!i just had the WORST day of my life, and my family caught me at the wrong time. not that i would react to them, but i would want to go out and pick a fight somewhere else! but instead, i just drew the FIRST THING that came to me, and this is it...no reference, so i know its gotta be off..but it siphoned off my bad energy so ha!
im sure y'all NEVER had days like this...(heh)

It really makes me want to watch "We're Back, A Dinosaur Story" because, I will admit, that movie ROCKED!
I'm glad you can express your anger/frustration/strong emotion through artwork. I do similar! The finished piece is very nice and it looks anatomically convincing, reference or not!

Oh wow I didn't think anyone had ever seen that movie! Most people think I'm nutzo talking about dinosaur movies, but that one was by far my favourite. And yes, I'll admit I still watch it. ^__^

THATS why his teeth are so sharp, to protect his tummy from being poked at like the pilsbury dough-boy!! his LITTLE-ol arms cant block NUTHIN.
and as for SLEEPING there? well, probably YOU could be the only one to get away with it...cold-bloods LUV warm,furry chupatosters as cuddle bunnies!! not crusty old KLONOA heads(rrrgh!)

this is pretty nice man....I really like his teeth...although I must point out that you had a very good thing going w/ the dark outline on the bottom of his jaw and upper shoulder...but it just sorta stops...I kinda wish you used that particular line weight in other places....but for the most part...it's very exciting..

you know, you're RIGHT..I was looking at it after i posted it, and i was like HEY! wasn't i supposed to finish macking it out with that thick line?!! well, what happened was, i COOLED off, and hulk no can draw raging dino when hulk not angry!!heh!

but, i think that any passion(ANY passion),can be harnessed to produce a great result...i aint always easy, but it can be done..

i think that it has become easier to produce though, now that i LIVE off of my pencils..but i do miss PAINTING, and long for the time when i can free myself up long enough to jump in..soon, i think tho, very soon..(april its looking like)

i have some of my stuff coming out very soon, hopefully by the san diego comic-con..thats the plan, anyway..im working at breakneck speed!!! taint easy, let me tell you..but anyways,you're SO right, i've found that only when i'm at my LOWEST ebb, spiritually, is when i feel attacked the most(and NEVER in the same way!) but i have a great crew around me, and got many folks to pray for me, as i do for them!

nope...i tried to find some too...but i was ANGRY, so i just PLOPPED down and cocked and FIRED..
i see all the flaws, and its cool under the circumstances cuz it was more about the process than anything..
and it flows so its a breakthru for me...kinda like riding a bike with no training wheels for the first time!!
