Other Compliens may be attracted to its light, but anything within a radius of roughly three meters near the Distorch will experience unspeakable, surreal horrors that do not fade from memory after the encounter. When viewed from a distance, a Distorch's behaviors may seem unusual, but being nearby reveals that their mannerisms are completely in-line with the version of reality they experience.
