For the record, the answers to that quiz are as follows, and they had Rickman saying them in the extended scene version of the first potions class (deleted from the theatrical version): 1. Asphodel and an infusion of wormwood produces the "draft of sleeping death"; 2. A bezoar is a small stone, found within the stomach of a goat, used to cure most common poisons; and 3. It's a trick question. Monkshood and wolfsbane are the same plant, also known in Latin by the name 'aconite'.
