I wish I could help, but as you can see I released this tutorial nearly 3 years ago. My harddrive crashed at least three times since then so I've lost all my images.

I've tried to find it again just now and no luck. Sorry.

I'm using Photoshop CS but it should matter because they all do the same thing.

I have a windows skin on my computer. It changes the look of photoshop as well.
